Washing method: Hand wash or gentle machine wash are recommended. Avoid vigorous agitation or spin drying to prevent deformation of the fabric or breakage of the conductive threads.
Detergent selection: Use a neutral detergent. Avoid detergents containing bleach, strong alkalis, or fluorescent agents, as these may damage the fiber structure and affect conductivity.
Water temperature control: The water temperature should not exceed 40°C. High temperatures may cause shrinkage of polyester fibers or aging of the conductive threads, reducing the Antistatic effect.
Drying method: Dry in the shade or lay flat to dry. Avoid direct sunlight or high temperatures to prevent fading or deformation.
Regular testing: After 3-5 washes, the Antistatic performance can be tested using an electrostatic tester. If performance deteriorates, it is recommended to replace the cap.
