We chose a blend of 98% polyester fiber and 2% conductive thread. Polyester fiber, with its excellent wear resistance, wrinkle resistance and breathability, ensures that the hat is light and comfortable, even if worn for a long time. The head feels dry and comfortable. The 2% conductive threads are like invisible guardians. In order to further improve production efficiency and product quality, we have invested in the construction of 48 new fully automatic weaving, washing and styling production lines. Equipped with high-end testing equipment such as infrared spectrometers and liquid particle counters imported from Germany, the United States, and South Korea, we can accurately detect key indicators such as conductive performance, cleanliness, and particle control of anti-static hats to ensure that each hat complies with international standards.
