Acrylic Handle ESD Gel Stick

Introduction

The ESD Gel Stick is specifically designed for highly clean, dust-free environments (class 10–100). Made from ultra-clean materials that do not generate particulates, contain no ions, and are free of allergens, it offers high resistance to chemical corrosion. Its anti-static treatment safely dissipates electrical charges without being affected by environmental changes, making it ideal for the manufacturing, assembly, and cleaning of electrostatic-sensitive products.

Purpose:

Effectively removes micro-dust and ions from the exposed coated surface of COB process sensors, offering high adsorption and adhesion. Compared to conventional cotton swabs (used with cleaning water to wipe CSP sensor glass surfaces), it does not generate dust spots, avoids scratching the sensor, leaves no residue, and significantly improves product yield. It also eliminates particles on LED/LCD surfaces in cleanrooms (class 10–5000) and cleans debris and fine particles from lens glass surfaces.
