ESD Gel Stick with Silicone Head

Introduction

ESD Gel Stick, also known as sticky gel swab, is a precision micro dust removal tool specially developed for high-grade cleanrooms and ESD controlled workshops. It consists of a soft adhesive silicone gel tip and static dissipative rod (paper / conductive plastic). The soft sticky gel head can pick up micro dust, particles and tiny contaminants on delicate surfaces without scratching substrates or leaving residue. With stable static dissipative property, it safely protects electrostatic sensitive components during precision cleaning operations.

• ESD Static Dissipative Performance: Stable anti-static property, safely release static charge, prevent ESD damage to chips, sensors and sensitive electronic components.

• Soft Sticky Gel Tip, Zero Residue & Non-scratch: Special non-volatile silicone gel formulation. Lifts fine particles, dust and fingerprints without scratching lenses, sensors or wafers. No glue transfer or residual marks on workpieces.

• Lint-Free & Low Particle: Clean raw material, no fiber shedding, low ion content, no secondary contamination, compliant with high-level cleanroom requirements.

• Multiple Tip Sizes & Viscosity Options: Round gel head available; various head diameters (0.8mm,1.3mm,1.7mm,2.5mm). Low / medium / high tack optional to match different cleaning demands.

• Optional Rod Material: Paper rod or conductive plastic rod for selection. Firm bonding between gel tip and rod, no tip falling off during operation.

• Reusable within Service Life: Can be reused multiple times. When contaminated, press the gel tip on clean sticky pad to refresh surface. Stop using once gel surface is heavily polluted.
